【摘要】 目的 探讨帕罗西汀联合心理干预在双相情感障碍患者中的治疗效果及对社会功能的影响。方法 选择2019年3月至2021年2月我院收治的双相情感障碍患者84例，随机分为两组各42例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗，观察组采用帕罗西汀联合心理干预，比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后的HAMD、 BRMS和社会功能评分。结果 治疗3个月后，观察组的HAMD、BRMS评分及社会功能评分均低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 帕罗西汀联合心理干预能够改善双相情感障碍患者抑郁及躁狂症状，提高患者的社会功能，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment effect of paroxetine combined with psychological intervention in patients with bipolar disorder and the influence on social function. Methods 84 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine, and the observation group received paroxetine combined with psychological intervention. The scores of HAMD, BRMS and social function before treatment and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the scores of HAMD, BRMS and social function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Paroxetine combined with psychological intervention can improve the symptoms of depression and mania in patients with bipolar disorder, and improve the social function of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
