【摘要】 目的 探讨急性白血病(AL)感染患者凝血指标与炎性因子水平的相关性。方法 选取2019年2月至2020年3月我院收治的63例AL未感染患者，设为未感染组；另选择同期我院收治的47例AL感染患者，设为感染组。比较两组的血清炎性因子(hs-CRP、 IL-6、 PCT)水平及凝血指标(DD、 APTT)，采用双变量Pearson直线相关性检验分析AL感染患者凝血指标与炎性因子水平的相关性。结果 感染组的hs-CRP、 IL-6、 PCT、 DD及APTT均高于未感染组(P <0.05)；双变量Pearson直线相关性检验显示，AL感染患者的凝血指标(DD、 APTT)与炎性因子(hs-CRP、 IL-6、 PCT)水平均呈正相关(r>0, P <0.05)。结论AL感染患者的凝血指标与炎性因子水平关系密切，二者具有相互促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlations between coagulation indicators and levels of inflammatory factors in acute leukemia(AL) patients with infection. Methods 63 AL patients without infection admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March2020 were selected as non-infection group, and 47 AL patients with infection admitted to our hospital at the same period were selected as infection group. The levels of serum inflammatory factors(hs-CRP, IL-6, PCT) and coagulation indicators(DD, APTT) were compared between the two groups, and bivariate Pearson linear correlation test was used to analyze the correlations between coagulation indicators and levels of inflammatory factors in AL patients with infection. Results The hs-CRP, IL-6, PCT, DD and APTT in the infection group were higher than those in the non-infection group(P <0.05). The bivariate Pearson linear correlation test showed that the coagulation indicators(DD,APTT) were positively correlated with levels of inflammatory factors(hs-CRP, IL-6 and PCT) in AL patients with infection(r >0, P <0.05).Conclusions The coagulation indicators of AL patients with infection are closely related to the levels of inflammatory factors, and the two have a mutual promotion effect.更多还原
