【摘要】 目的 探讨护理风险管理在检验科静脉采血中的作用。方法 随机选取110例静脉采血患者为对照组，予以常规护理；随机选取110例静脉采血患者为观察组，在常规护理基础上予以护理风险管理。比较两组的静脉采血标本合格率、风险事件发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组的静脉采血标本合格率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组，风险事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 护理风险管理可显著提高检验科静脉采血标本合格率，降低风险事件发生率，提高患者的护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of nursing risk management in venous blood collection in clinical laboratory. Methods 110 patients with venous blood collection were randomly selected as the control group, and all cases received routine nursing; 110 patients with venous blood collection were randomly selected as the observation group, and all cases received nursing risk management on the basis of routine nursing. The specimen qualification rate of venous blood collection, incidence of risk events and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The specimen qualification rate of venous blood collection and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of risk events was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing risk management can significantly improve the specimen qualification rate of venous blood collection in clinical laboratory, reduce the incidence of risk events, and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction degree.更多还原
