【摘要】 目的 探讨改良式腹腔镜阴道骶骨固定术（LSC）对子宫脱垂患者盆底功能及性生活质量的影响。方法 选择2016年1月至2020年12月我院收治的70例子宫脱垂患者，随机分为两组各35例。对照组采用传统LSC治疗，观察组采用改良式LSC治疗，比较两组手术前后的盆底功能以及性生活质量。结果 术后3个月，两组的PEDI-20、 PFIQ-7评分均低于术前，观察组的PEDI-20、 PFIQ-7评分均低于对照组（P <0.05）。术后3个月，两组的FSFI评分均高于术前，观察组的FSFI评分高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 改良式腹腔镜阴道骶骨固定术可显著改善子宫脱垂患者的盆底功能，提高性生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of modified laparoscopic sacralcolpopexy(LSC) on pelvic floor function and quality of sexual life in patients with uterine prolapse. Methods 70 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional LSC, and the observation group was treated with modified LSC. The pelvic floor function and quality of sexual life before and after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results 3 months after surgery, the scores of PEDI-20 and PFIQ-7 in the two groups were lower than those before surgery, and the scores of PEDI-20 and PFIQ-7 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). 3 months after surgery, the FSFI scores of the two groups were higher than those before surgery, and the FSFI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Modified laparoscopic sacralcolpopexy can significantly improve the pelvic floor function and improve the quality of sexual life of patients with uterine prolapse.更多还原
