【摘要】 目的探讨中医情志护理配合穴位按摩对肺癌化疗患者睡眠质量及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2021年5月我院收治的82例肺癌化疗患者,随机分为观察组(中医情志护理配合穴位按摩)与对照组(常规护理)各41例。对比两组的睡眠质量及癌因性疲乏评分。结果干预后,观察组的睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组现在疲乏程度、过去24 h疲乏程度、最疲乏程度、一般活动、情绪、享受生活评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论中医情志护理配合穴位按摩可有效改善肺癌化疗患者的睡眠质量及癌因性疲乏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage on sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue in chemotherapy patients with lung cancer. Methods 82 chemotherapy patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(TCM emotional nursing + acupoint massage) and control group(routine nursing), with 41 cases in each group. The sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue scores were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of present fatigue degree, last 24 hour fatigue degree, the most fatigue degree, general activities, emotions and enjoying life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions TCM emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve the sleep quality and cancer-related fatigue of chemotherapy patients with lung cancer.更多还原
