机器人辅助空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的效果
Effect of Robot Assisted Cannulated Screw Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fractures
【摘要】 目的分析机器人辅助空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的效果。方法将我院行空心螺钉内固定治疗的90例股骨颈骨折患者分为观察组(48例,机器人)与对照组(42例,徒手操作)。比较两组的手术时间、术中透视次数、导针调整次数、术中出血量、螺钉平行度及分散度。结果两组的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术中透视次数、导针调整次数、术中出血量少于对照组,螺钉平行度及分散度优于对照组(P <0.01)。结论机器人辅助空心螺钉内固定能够减少股骨颈骨折患者的术中透视次数及导针调整次数,降低出血量,提高螺钉置入的精准度。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of robot assisted cannulated screw internal fixation in the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods 90 patients with femoral neck fractures undergoing cannulated screw internal fixation were divided into observation group(48 cases, robot) and control group(42 cases, manual surgery). The operation time, intraoperative perspective times and guide needle adjustment times, intraoperative blood loss, screw parallel degree and spread degrees were compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the operation time between the two groups(P >0.05). The intraoperative perspective times, guide needle adjustment times and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the screw parallel degree and spread degree were better than those of the control group(P <0.01). Conclusions Robot assisted cannulated screw internal fixation can reduce the intraoperative perspective times, guide needle adjustment times and blood loss of patients with femoral neck fractures, and improve the accuracy of cannulated screw placement.
