平衡电磁检测技术同步数据采集控制系统研究

【摘要】 针对平衡电磁检测技术对铁磁构件表面纵向裂纹缺陷的长度、横向裂纹缺陷的宽度量化检测问题,提出平衡电磁检测技术传感器移动与数据采集同步的方法。分析了平衡电磁检测技术对铁磁构件表面纵向裂纹缺陷长度、横向裂纹缺陷宽度的检测原理,研究了基于FPGA的平衡电磁检测技术同步数据采集控制系统,搭建了三轴检测机械平台,完成了信号处理电路、基准电源电路、模数转换电路、隔离电路以及USB传输电路的设计。实验结果表明,该系统运行匀速平稳、可以实现0.1 mm的定长检测,检测信号能够对铁磁构件表面纵向裂纹缺陷长度、横向裂纹缺陷宽度进行量化分析。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of quantitative detection of the length of the longitudinal crack defect and the width of the transverse crack defect on the surface of the ferromagnetic component by the balanced electromagnetic detection technology, a method of synchronizing the movement of the sensor with the data collection of the balanced electromagnetic detection technology was proposed.The principle of the balanced electromagnetic detection technology for the length of the longitudinal crack defect and the width of the transverse crack defect on the surface of the ferromagnetic component was analyzed, the synchronous data acquisition and control system of the balanced electromagnetic detection technology based on FPGA was studied, a three-axis mechanical motion platform was built, and the signal processing circuit, reference power supply circuit, analog-to-digital conversion circuit, isolation circuit and USB transmission circuit were designed.The experimental results show that the system runs at a constant speed and can achieve 0.1 mm fixed-length detection.The detection signal can quantitatively analyze the length of the longitudinal crack defect and the width of the transverse crack defect on the surface of the ferromagnetic component.
