【摘要】 以西洋参-枸杞子复配提取液制备了一款抗氧化护肤乳液.制备过程中采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除法、模糊评价法、单因素试验和正交试验等方法筛选并优化基质配方，并对制备的乳液的感官和理化指标进行了评价.研究结果表明：在护肤乳液基质中西洋参和枸杞子提取液的浓度均为0.5 mg/mL,复配体积比为1∶1时，乳液对DPPH自由基的清除率为78.4%.护肤乳液的最佳配方为：4.0%棕榈酸异辛酯、 3.0%椰子油、 3.0%十八醇、 2.0%丙三醇、 0.3%三乙醇胺、 0.3%卡波姆、 0.4%聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯、 2.0%1,2-丙二醇、 10.0%西洋参和枸杞子提取液、 0.45%苯氧乙醇、 0.05%乙基己基甘油、 74.5%超纯水(以上百分比均为质量分数).经测定表明，该护肤乳液的感官指标和理化性质符合护肤乳液国家标准(GB/T 29665—2013),且具有良好的抗氧化性能，因此该乳液具有很好的开发利用价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 An antioxidant skin care lotion was prepared with compound extract of Panax quiquefolium and Lycium barbarum. In the preparation process, 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH) free radical scavenging method, fuzzy evaluation method, single factor test and orthogonal test were used to screen and optimize the matrix formula, and the sensory and physical and chemical indexes of the lotion were evaluated. The results showed that when the concentrations of Panax quiquefolium and Lycium barbarum extracts in the skin care emulsion matrix was 0.5 mg/mL and the volume ratio was 1∶1, the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical by emulsion was 78.4%. The best formula of skin care lotion is: 4.0% isooctyl palmitate, 3.0% coconut oil, 3.0% octadecanol, 2.0% glycerol, 0.3% triethanolamine, 0.3% carbomer, 0.4% polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, 2.0% 1,2-propanediol, 10.0% extract, 0.45% phenoxyethanol, 0.05% ethylhexylglycerol, 74.5% ultrapure water(all the above percentages are mass fractions).The determination shows that the sensory evaluation, physical and chemical properties and hygienic indexes of the skin care lotion all meet the national standard of skin care lotion(GB/T 29665 — 2013), and has good antioxidant properties, so the emulsions have good development and utilization value.更多还原
