乳腺癌基因治疗的研究动态与展望
Current status of gene therapy for breast cancer
【摘要】 乳腺癌易感基因BRCA1、BRCA2的突变分析及MammaPrint、Oncotype DX等多基因检测,HER2及PD-1、PD-L1靶向治疗与化学治疗等传统治疗手段的联合应用,针对表观遗传学改变的新药自主研发,基于多组学图谱的三阴性乳腺癌分子分型等,这些成果反映了近年来中国乳腺癌基因治疗研究的历史性进步,极大地促进了临床诊断和治疗水平的提高,为征服乳腺癌这一全球最常见恶性肿瘤带来了新的希望。
【Abstract】 Identification of breast cancer susceptibility gene BRCA1,BRCA2 mutation,multi-gene assay with MammaPrint,Oncotype DX,combination of targeted therapy against HER2,PD-1,PD-L1 and so on and traditional strategies including chemotherapy,independent research and development of epigenetic drugs and a novel classification of triple negative breast cancer reflected the historic progress of gene therapy for breast cancer in China and greatly improved the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. It also brings hope to conquer breast cancer,the most common malignant tumor around the world,in the near future.
