【摘要】 目的 了解延安市过敏性疾病患者过敏原特异性IgE抗体分布特点，为过敏性疾病防治提供参考。方法 以2015年8月至2019年6月在延安大学附属医院就诊的过敏性疾病患者为研究对象。采用欧蒙免疫印迹法检测血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体。结果 752例过敏性疾病患者中检测出特异性IgE 204例（204/752,27.12%）；检出率占前5位的过敏原分别是艾蒿、淡水鱼、螨虫组合、大豆、海洋鱼；吸入性过敏原检出率前3位的是艾蒿、螨虫组合、屋尘/普通肠草；食物过敏原检出率前3位的是淡水鱼、大豆、海洋鱼。不同季节过敏原分布存在差异，秋季的检出率最高，且秋季以艾蒿为主，夏季以淡水鱼检出率为主。13～18岁年龄段人群sIgE检出率最高，60～81岁检出率最低。结论延安市常见的过敏原是艾蒿和淡水鱼，不同季节、不同年龄段过敏原存在差异，这些研究结果可为延安市过敏性疾病的防治工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the IgE antibody distribution characteristics of the allergic diseases in Yan’an City,and to provide a reference for allergic disease prevention and treatment.Methods 752 cases of allergic disease in Affiliated Hospital of Yan’ an University from August 2015 to June 2019 were included as objects.EUROLINEimmune blotting method was used to detect specific serum allergen IgE antibody.Results Among the 752 patients with the allergic disease,204 cases(204/752,27.12%) were specific IgE antibody positive.The top five allergens were Artemisia argyi,freshwater fish,mite combination,soybean and marine fish.Inhaled allergens mainly contained Artemisia argyi,mite combination,house dust/common intestinal grass;Food allergens mainly consisted of freshwater fish,soybean and marine fish.The distribution of allergens was different in different seasons,and the detection rate was the highest in autumn,with Artemisia argyi in autumn and freshwater fish in summer.The detection rate of sIgE was the highest in the age group of 13～18,and the lowest in the age group of 60～81.Conclusion The common allergens in Yan’ an area are Artemisia argyi and freshwater fish.There are differences in allergens in different seasons and different age groups,which can provide help for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.更多还原
