预涂层厚度对铝硅镀层热成形钢涂装性能的影响
Effect of pre-coating thickness on coating properties of Al-Si hot forming steel
【摘要】 使用粗糙度测试、循环腐蚀测试、扫描电镜、辉光放电光谱等方法研究了预镀层厚度对铝硅涂层热成形涂装性能的影响,结果表明:预涂层厚度减小显著改变了热成形后的镀层显微形貌,使常规镀层的枝晶状相改变为薄镀层的颗粒状相,对粗糙度Ra值和磷化性能影响较低;镀层减薄未对电泳漆膜附着力、油漆后耐蚀性产生明显影响。
【Abstract】 The paintability of Al-Si coated hot forming steel with different pre-coating thickness is studied by roughness test,cyclic corrosion test,scanning electron microscopy and glow discharge spectrometry. The results indicate that decreasing the coating thickness significantly impacts the morphology of the coating after hot forming,changing from the dendrite crystals of common coating to the granular phase of thin coating. However,it shows little impact on the roughness Ra and phosphating properties. In addition,thinning of the coating exhibits no obvious effect on the adhesion of electrophoretic paint film and corrosion resistance.
