基于正交设计的高强度钢矩形管热辊压工艺参数优化分析
Optimization analysis for hot roll forming process parameters of high strength steel rectangular tubes based on orthogonal design
【摘要】 高强度钢矩形管外形美观、结构可靠,在汽车轻量化设计中取得广泛应用。然而,加工硬化严重、强塑积降低等角部缺陷对高强度钢矩形管使用性能有不利影响。基于正交设计,对截面尺寸为50 mm×30 mm×2 mm的高强度钢矩形管进行热辊压成形试验研究。基于极差分析和方差分析,研究了电机频率、振荡电流和压下量三个工艺参数对矩形管角部和平面强塑积的影响。试验结果表明,当压下量为1 mm,振荡电流为290 A,电机频率为10 Hz时,高强度钢矩形管的平面和角部强塑积均可达到最大值。
【Abstract】 High strength steel rectangular tubes with a beautiful appearance and reliable structure are widely used in automotive lightweight design. However,the corner defects such as serious work hardening,the reduction of strength and elongation of product have adverse effects on the performance of high strength steel rectangular tubes. Based on orthogonal design,the hot roll forming experiment for high strength steel rectangular tube with a section size of 50 mm×30 mm×2 mm is carried out in this paper. Based on range analysis and variance analysis,the influences of motor frequency,oscillation current,and deformation amount on the product of strength and elongation in both the corner and plane sections of rectangular tubes are studied. The results show that when the deformation amount is 1 mm,the oscillation current is 290 A and the motor frequency is 10 Hz,the product of strength and elongation of the rectangular steel tubes can reach the maximum value in both the plane and corner sections.
