【摘要】 目的 探讨氯氮平联合电针疗法对难治性精神分裂症的疗效观察。方法 纳入2019年1月～2020年1月收治的难治性精神分裂症患者60例，随机分组（对照、观察组各30例），对照组采取氯氮平药物治疗，观察组在前者基础上采取电针治疗。治疗6周后，对比两组的副反应量评分（TESS）、阳性与阴性症状量表评分（PANSS）、Mc Gil疼痛状态量表评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 (1)治疗后，相比于对照组，观察组的TESS、PANSS评分显著更低，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；(2)治疗后，相比于对照组，观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分显著低于对照组（P <0.05）；(3)治疗后，观察组Mc Gill评分显著低于对照组（P <0.05）；(4)观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%，对照组的23.33%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 难治性精神分裂症患者采取电针疗法疗效显著，安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of clozapine combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods: In total, 60 patients with refractory schizophrenia were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020. They were divided into test group and control group with 30 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with clozapine, while patients in test group were treated with clozapine combined with electroacupuncture. The rate of adverse reaction, the scores of TESS, PANSS and McGil were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of TESS, PANSS and McGil in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The rate of adverse reaction of test group was 3.33% significantly lower than that of control group 23.33%(P < 0.05). Conclusions: Clozapine combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia has significant efficacy and high safety.更多还原
