紫肉食用型甘薯新品种南紫薯020的选育与高产栽培技术

【摘要】 为满足甘薯生产和市场对紫肉食用型甘薯品种的需要,南充市农业科学院以“Y-6”为母本与多父本进行集团杂交,从后代实生种子中筛选培育出甘薯新品种南紫薯020,于2021年7月完成品种登记(登记号:GPD甘薯(2021)510037).该品种鲜薯产量达到29 231.70 kg/hm~2,薯块干率31.75%,鲜薯花青素含量33.20 mg/100 g,淀粉率21.26%;结薯集中,薯形纺锤形,薯皮紫红色,薯肉浅紫色,大中薯率达83.80%;商品性好、抗病性强、耐贮藏,是紫色食用型甘薯新品种.

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of the production and market for purple-fleshed sweetpotato varieties, "Y-6" as female parent and multi male parent for a multiparent group cross were used, then a new sweetpotato variety Nanzishu 020 from the seeds of future generations was screened and bred by Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the new variety registration(Registration No: GPD sweetpotato(2021) 510037) was completed in July 2021. This variety has a fresh sweetpotato yield of 29 231.70 kg/hm~2, a block dry rate of 31.75%, a fresh sweetpotato anthocyanin content of 33.20 mg/100 g and a starch rate of 21.26%.In addition, it has the following variety characteristics: spindle-shaped and highly concentrated of sweetpotatoes, purplish red skin, light purple meat, large and medium-sized sweetpotato rate of 83.80%, good merchant ability, good disease resistance and storage resistance. It is a purple edible sweetpotato variety.
