新生儿PICC导管堵塞的影响因素及预防措施研究进展
Research progress on influencing factors and preventive measures of neonatal PICC catheter blockage
【摘要】 概述新生儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)导管堵塞的现状及临床表现，分析引起新生儿发生PICC导管堵塞的相关因素，包括药物因素、操作者因素、患儿因素、导管因素，总结新生儿发生PICC导管堵塞后在护理治疗中的预防措施，提出今后需解决的问题及努力的方向，旨在为降低新生儿PICC导管堵塞发生率，减轻患儿痛苦，提高临床治疗效果提供依据。
