【摘要】 目的:对标准化病人研究文献的作者、研究机构、期刊和关键词进行可视化分析，分析和探索我国标准化病人研究的主题和热点。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)有关标准化病人的中文期刊，检索时间为建库时间至2022年4月。采用VOSviewer和Excel绘制可视化网络图谱并进行描述性分析。结果:共纳入3 319篇文献，涉及1 853个机构和687种期刊。其中发文量最多的期刊是《中国高等教育医学》,发文量最多的机构是海军军医大学附属长海医院，发文量最多的作者是王志农。目前研究主要集中于标准化病人在临床考核培训、医患沟通、护理教学、诊断教学及临床科室见习实习教学中的应用，简易标准化病人的应用和标准化病人与其他教学法的结合是目前研究的热点。结论:标准化病人研究发文量较多且研究机构众多，研究方向较明确，但机构间合作方式单一，不利于标准化病人的规范化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and explore the topics and hot spots of standardized patient research in China by visualing aualyze the authors, research institutions, journals and keywords of standardized patient research literature.Methods:Papers on SP were retrieved from CNKI.from the establishment of CNKI to April 2022.VOSviewer and Excel were used to draw visual network maps and conduct descriptive analysis.Results:A total of 3319 articles were included, involving 1853 institutions and 687 journals.The journal with the most publications was China Higher Education Medicine, the institution with the most publications was Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University, and the author with the most publications was Wang Zhinong.The studies on SP mainly focused on the application in clinical assessment training, doctor-patient communication, nursing teaching, diagnosis teaching, and internship teaching and practice teaching in clinical departments.Simple standardized patients and SP combined with other teaching methods were the hot spots at present.Conclusion:A large number of publications and institutions were engaged in research on SP.The research directions were comparatively clear.However, the inter-institutional cooperation is rather homogeneous, which is not conducive to the regularisation development of standardized patients.更多还原
