基于文献计量学对血源性职业暴露研究文献知识图谱的可视化分析

【摘要】 目的:分析血源性职业暴露研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势。方法:通过文献计量学分析获得血源性职业暴露研究领域发展趋势,使用VOSviewer文献计量分析软件分析数据并构建知识图谱。结果:获得血源性职业暴露相关中文文献2 690篇、外文文献937篇,总体发文量近年呈下降趋势。其中,中文文献中自然科学研究最多,主要集中在工程技术领域(57.0%);学科分布主要集中在护理学科(49.5%)和公共卫生与预防医学(36.9%);排名居前10位的期刊除《中华医院感染学杂志》外,护理类期刊发文量相对较多;单篇文献引用率最高的期刊为《中华护理杂志》,其次是《中华医院感染学杂志》;中文发文量较多的机构均为大学及大学附属医院;国内基金资助文献产出整体较少。该领域主要有4个中文研究合作团队和7个外文研究合作团队。该领域中文研究热点分别为针刺伤、护理人员、职业暴露和职业防护;外文研究热点分别为blood-borne pathogens、occupational exposure、 needlestick injuries。该领域中外文新兴关键词均较少,预测未来研究热点分别为:self-report、sharps injuries、失效模式与效果分析、质性研究和格林模式。结论:目前血源性职业暴露领域文献数量整体呈下降趋势,中文研究主要集中在自然科学领域,学科分布主要集中在护理学领域;参与研究的作者众多,但联系不够紧密;研究主题呈现多样化的特点,新兴高频关键词较少,仍需进一步拓展研究方向。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the research status, research hotspot and development trend of blood-borne occupational exposure.Methods:Bibliometric analysis was used to reveal the development trends in blood-borne occupational exposure research field.VOSviewer bibliometric analysis software was used to analyze the data and construct a knowledge map.Results:2 690 Chinese and 937 English articles related to blood-borne occupational exposure were obtained, and the number of articles published was decreasing.Among them, natural science research was the most in Chinese literature, mainly in the field of engineering technology(57.0%);The distribution of disciplines was mainly concentrated in nursing(49.5%) and public health and preventive medicine(36.9%);In addition to the Chinese Journal of Nosocomial Infection,nursing journals ranked in the top 10 had a relatively large number of papers; The journal with the highest citation rate of a single article was Chinese Journal of Nursing,followed by Chinese Journal of Nosocomial Infection;The institutions with the largest number of Chinese documents are universities and affiliated hospitals; The output of literature supported by domestic funds was less as a whole.There were mainly four Chinese research cooperation teams and seven foreign language research cooperation teams in this field.Chinese research hotspots in this field were: needle stabbing injury, nursing staff, occupational exposure and occupational protection; English research hotspots were blood-borne pathogens, occupational exposure and needlestick investments.There were few emerging Chinese and English keywords in this field.The research hotspots for predicting the future were: self-report, sharps investments, failure mode and effect analysis, qualitative research and Green′s model.Conclusions:At present, the number of literature in the field of blood borne occupational exposure have showed a downward trend as a whole.Chinese research is mainly concentrated in the field of natural science, and the discipline distribution is mainly concentrated in the field of nursing; There are many authors involved in the study, but the connection is not close enough; The research topics are diversified, and there are few emerging high-frequency keywords, so the research direction still needs to be further expanded.
