肾脏脂肪检测技术在糖尿病患者中的应用

【摘要】 越来越多的研究表明,糖尿病患者存在脂代谢紊乱,可引起肾脏异位脂肪沉积,脂质在肾脏组织内的过度蓄积最终导致脂肪肾,而脂肪肾形成的同时可诱导肾细胞氧化应激炎性反应,导致肾脏脂毒性,从而引起肾功能异常,甚至肾衰竭。因此,认识脂肪肾并早期识别肾脏脂质沉积,对预防肾脏病理改变及肾功能异常具有指导作用。目前,肾脏脂肪检测多用于科研,临床运用较少,本文对肾脏脂肪检测技术进行简要介绍,为今后临床运用提供参考。

【Abstract】 A large number of studies have shown that patients with diabetes are usually accompanied by metabolic disorder of lipids, which causes ectopic lipid deposition in the kidney. Excessive lipid accumulation in the renal tissue eventually leads to the formation of fatty kidney. Meanwhile, fatty kidney can induce oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction of the renal cells, causing renal lipid toxicity. Finally, it results in abnormal renal function and even renal failure. Therefore, recognition of adipose kidney and early identification of renal lipid deposition provides guidance in the prevention of renal pathological changes and abnormal renal function. However, the examination techniques of renal fat are mostly used in scientific research and less in clinical application. This paper briefly introduced the renal fat detection technology to provide reference for clinical application in the future.
