【摘要】 依据《中国渔业统计年鉴》中2010—2020年江苏省海洋捕捞相关生产数据，结合灰色关联理论，对江苏省“十二五”“十三五”时期海洋捕捞量结构和投入要素变化进行分析。研究结果为：(1)2010—2020年，江苏省海洋捕捞总产量呈下降趋势；(2)江苏省海洋捕捞渔获物产量以鱼类和甲壳类为主；(3)江苏省海洋捕捞机动渔船和专业劳动力人口数量减少，海洋捕捞机动渔船总吨位整体趋于增长，主机功率则波动变化；(4)江苏省海洋捕捞产量与投入要素的关联度顺序为“海洋捕捞专业劳动力数量>海洋捕捞机动渔船主机总功率>海洋捕捞机动渔船数量>海洋捕捞机动渔船总吨位”。江苏省海洋发展空间有所缩减，海洋资源状况发展后劲不足，海洋渔业发展管控力度有所加强，海洋渔业发展存在挑战，“十四五”时期，江苏省需要不断规范海洋渔业行为，努力恢复渔业发展生态，实现海洋渔业转型升级，开创绿色向海经济新时代。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the production data of marine fishing in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2020 in China Fishery Statistical Yearbook and combined with the grey correlation theory, the structure of marine fishing and the change of input factors during the fishery development period of “12 th and 13 th Five-Year Plan” in Jiangsu Province were analyzed. The results were as follows :1) From 2010 to 2020, the total marine fishing output in Jiangsu Province showed a downward trend; 2) The yield structure of main marine catches in Jiangsu Province was dominated by fish and crustaceans; 3) The total tonnage of marine fishing vessels tended to increase, while the main engine power fluctuated with the decrease of the number of marine fishing vessels and professional fishing population in Jiangsu Province. 4) The order of correlation between marine fishing output and input factors in Jiangsu Province was professional marine fishing population> total power of marine fishing motor fishing vessels > number of marine fishing motor fishing vessels > total tonnage of marine fishing motor fishing vessels. Therefore, it can be concluded that the marine development space in Jiangsu Province has been reduced, the development of marine resources is insufficient, the development control of marine fishery has been strengthened, and there are challenges in the development of marine fishery. On the whole, based on the “14 th Five-Year Plan” fishery development plan and the “14 th Five-Year Plan” marine economic development plan, Jiangsu Province has constantly regulated marine fishery behavior, made efforts to restore fishery development ecology, realize the transformation and upgrading of marine fishery and create a new era of green marine economy in Jiangsu Province.更多还原
