生物技术在极地海洋生物资源可持续利用中的作用与应用
Roles and applications of biochemical and molecular technologies in the sustainable utilization of polar marine living resources
【摘要】 生物技术作为发展迅速的新型技术手段,在发掘极地生物功效潜力方面,显现出越来越重要的作用。结合南、北极的海洋生物资源状况,对分离纯化技术在南极磷虾特殊蛋白酶研究中的应用,生物组学技术在藻类抗低温适应机制研究中的应用,分子生物学技术在微生物多样性研究中的应用以及基因组技术在极地生物功能基因研究中的应用进行了概述,并对今后生物技术在极地生物资源研究应用的方向进行了展望,希望可以为未来进一步科学开发与合理利用极地生物资源提供参考。
【Abstract】 Biotechnology, as a new and rapidly developing technological means, plays an increasingly important role in exploring the potential function of polar living resources. Combining the current status of marine living resources in the North and South Poles, research on separation and purification technology in the Antarctic krill special protease, the application of biological omics technology in algae low-temperature adaptation mechanism research, the application of molecular biology technology in microbial diversity research and genome technology applied in the study of biological function of genes in the polar regions are reviewed. The future application direction of biotechnology in polar regions is prospected, hoping to provide references for further scientific development and rational utilization of polar marine living resources in the future.
