上海市水产养殖用水环境改良剂的使用情况分析

【摘要】 为更好了解上海市水产养殖生产过程中水环境改良剂的使用情况,对2020年全市9个涉渔区养殖户进行调查和分析。结果显示:54.7%的养殖户有使用水环境改良剂的习惯;不同养殖品种水环境改良剂使用率有所不同,其中虾类使用率最高,为85.6%;水环境改良剂种类繁多,上海市养殖户使用较多的为微生物制剂类和解毒类产品。研究可为未来水产养殖投入品监管提供参考。

【Abstract】 Under the background of promoting the concept of “clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver ”, people pay more and more attention to the safety of water ecological environment. The development of aquaculture also adheres to the “ecological priority”, the use of water environment improver for aquaculture has an important impact on the quality of water environment. In order to better understand the use of water environment improver in the process of aquaculture production in Shanghai and providing a scientific basis for future management, we conducted a questionnaire survey on farmers in 9 fishing areas in Shanghai in 2020. Results showed that 54.7% of farmers got used to using water environment improver; the use rate of water environment improver in different aquaculture species was different, among which shrimp was the highest, 85.6%; there were various kinds of water environment improvers, farmers in Shanghai mainly used microbial agents and disinfection products. The paper can provide references for surveillance of aquacultured products in the future.
