【摘要】 目的：探讨生血宁片联合罗沙司他胶囊在慢性肾脏病4～5期患者肾性贫血中的疗效。方法：选择2020年7月—2022年1月我院收治的慢性肾脏病4～5期合并肾性贫血患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法将60例患者分为两组，各30例。对照组口服罗沙司他胶囊，观察组在对照组的基础上加用生血宁片，两组均持续治疗8周。对比两组临床疗效、贫血、铁代谢、中医症候积分及不良反应情况。结果：观察组临床总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞计数、红细胞压积水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白饱和度水平均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后中医症候积分低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率相近，无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论：生血宁片联合罗沙司他胶囊对慢性肾脏病4～5期合并肾性贫血的患者具有较好疗效，能够有效改善贫血情况，且不会增加不良反应的发生，安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Shengxuening Tablets combined with Roxadustat Capsules on renal anemia in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4-5. Methods: Patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 combined with renal anemia who were admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Sadustat Capsules orally, and the observation group was given Shengxuening Tablets on the basis of the control group. Both groups continued to receive treatment for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy, anemia, iron metabolism, TCM symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the hemoglobin, red blood cell count and hematocrit level of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The serum ferritin and transferrin saturation levels in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the TCM symptom scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was similar, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Shengxuening Tablets combined with Roxadustat Capsules has good curative effect in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 renal anemia, can effectively improve the anemia, and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions, with good safety.更多还原
