【摘要】 目的 综合评价肠内营养治疗炎症性肠病（IBD）的疗效、安全性及患者营养状况改善情况。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库，检索时限为建库至2021年11月。检索有关常规药物联合肠内营养（试验组）及单纯常规药物（对照组）治疗IBD的随机对照试验和队列研究，运用RevMan5.3软件进行meta分析。结果 共纳入33篇文献，涉及患者2 466例。试验组临床有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（RR=1.25,95%CI:1.17～1.34,Z=6.37,P<0.000 01）。2组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（RR=0.98,95%CI:0.64～1.48,Z=0.11,P=0.91）。试验组治疗后体重指数及血红蛋白、清蛋白水平明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.000 01）。结论 常规药物联合肠内营养较单独常规药物治疗IBD（包括溃疡性结肠炎与克罗恩病）有更好的临床疗效，能更好地改善患者营养状态，且安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of enteral nutrition in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and the improvement of patients′nutritional status.Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science were retrieved.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to November 2021.The randomized controlled trials and cohort studies on the treatment of IBD with conventional drugs combined with enteral nutrition(the experimental group)and simple conventional drugs(the control group)were retrieved,and the RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 33 literatures involving 2,466 patients were included.The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(RR=1.25,95%CI:1.17-1.34,Z=6.37,P<0.000 01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(RR=0.98,95%CI:0.64-1.48,Z=0.11,P=0.91).After treatment,the body mass index,hemoglobin and albumin levels of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.000 01).Conclusion Drugs combined with enteral nutrition have better clinical efficacy than conventional drugs alone in the treatment of IBD(including ulcerative colitis and Crohn′s disease),can better improve the nutritional status of patients,and has good safety.更多还原
