学龄前儿童血清维生素D水平及相关影响因素分析
Analysis of serum vitamin D level and related influencing factors in the preschool children
【摘要】 目的 了解学龄前儿童血清维生素D(Vit D)水平及其相关影响因素。方法 选取2017年4月至2019年4月该院儿科体检0~6岁儿童548名,对其进行问卷调查,以及静脉血抽取,检测血清Vit D水平。观察不同季节、不同年龄段及性别间Vit D水平差异、学龄前儿童Vit D缺乏情况及其影响因素。结果不同性别间Vit D水平,差异无统计学意义(P=0.200),且女童较男童缺乏情况严重,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043);不同季节间血清Vit D水平不同,夏季、秋季Vit D水平均明显高于春季、冬季,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);不同季节间Vit D缺乏情况也有相同趋势(χ~2=97.63,P<0.001),春、冬季缺乏情况较为严重;不同年龄段Vit D水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),3~6岁年龄组明显低于1~<3、0~<1岁年龄段,其他年龄段间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且3~6岁组儿童缺乏率最高。logitisc回归分析显示,年龄及季节对Vit D水平均有影响(P<0.001)。结论 沧州市学龄前儿童Vit D缺乏情况明显,在春季、冬季对学龄前儿童,尤其对于3~<6岁儿童进行Vit D检测及适量的Vit D补充是必要的。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level of serum vitamin D(Vit D)and its related influencing factors in the preschool children.Methods A total of 548 children aged 0-6 years were chosen,who were underwent physical examination in the pediatrics of Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM in Hebei Province from April 2017 to April 2019.A questionnaire survey was conducted in the preschool children.And venous blood samples were taken to detect the level of serum Vit D of this population.The differences of Vit D in the different seasons,age groups and gender,the lack of Vit D in the preschool children and its influencing factors were observed.Results There was no difference in the level of Vit D between different sexes(P=0.200).And the Vit D deficiency of the girls was more serious than that of the boys,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).The content of serum Vit D in the preschool children was different in the different seasons(P<0.001).The content of serum Vit D in the summer and autumn of the preschool children was significantly higher than that in the spring and winter(P<0.001).The deficiency of Vit D also had the same trend in the different seasons(χ~2=97.63,P<0.001),and the deficiency was more serious in the spring and winter.There was significant difference in Vit D between the different age groups(P<0.001).The level of Vit D in the age of 3-6 year old group was significantly lower than that in the other 1-<3 and 0-<1 year-old groups.But there was no difference among other age groups.The deficiency rate of children aged 3-6 year old group was the highest among the different age groups.Logistic regression analysis showed that age and season had an effect on the Vit D level(P<0.001).Conclusion The lack of Vit D in the preschool children in Cangzhou is obvious.It is necessary to detect and supplement Vit D in the spring and winter,especially in the children aged 3-6 years old.
