【摘要】 目的调查医护专业实习生对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)及其疫苗相关认知,探讨接种意愿及其影响因素。方法 2020年12月随机调查在南京市4所综合性医院的临床医学相关专业和护理专业1 020名实习生,发放问卷1 020份,回收有效问卷1 009份。采用自行设计问卷进行匿名调查。结果 HPV知晓率为36.6%,HPV疫苗知晓率为58.0%,宫颈癌知晓率为56.1%。常见健康教育传播途径为学校教育(44.2%)、官方宣传手册(37.5%)和媒体传播宣传片(36.8%);女生更希望了解HPV及其疫苗相关知识;疫苗安全性(65.9%)、有效性(63.4%)、免疫持续时间(62.2%)和价格(50.7%)为常见接种主观影响因素;接种意愿率为85.2%。多因素logistic回归分析显示:知晓HPV、病毒持续感染致宫颈癌、知晓HPV疫苗是促成接种意愿的重要影响因素。结论医护专业实习生宫颈癌、HPV和HPV疫苗知晓率低而接种意愿高,认知水平是疫苗接种意愿的重要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cognition of human papillomavirus(HPV)and its vaccine among clinical and nursing interns,and to explore the vaccination willingness and its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 1 020 interns from clinical related majors and nursing majors from four general hospitals in Nanjing were randomly surveyed in December 2020.A total of 1 020 questionnaires were sent out and 1 009 valid questionnaires were collected.A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct an anonymous survey.Results The awareness rate of HPV,HPV vaccine and cervical cancer were 36.6%,58.0%,and 56.1%seperately.The common routes of transmission of health education were school education(44.2%),official brochures(37.5%)and media propaganda films(36.8%).Females were more likely to know about HPV and its vaccines.Vaccine safety(65.9%),effectiveness(63.4%),duration of immunity(62.2%)and vaccine price(50.7%)were common subjective factors affecting vaccination.The vaccination willingness rate was 85.2%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HPV awareness,cervical cancer caused by persistent viral infection,and HPV vaccine awareness were the important influencing factors of vaccination willingness.Conclusion The awareness rate of cervical cancer,HPV and HPV vaccine among clinical and nursing interns are low but the willingness to vaccination is high.The cognitive level is an important influencing factor of vaccination willingness.更多还原
