【摘要】 目的 探讨NF-КBp65蛋白和m RNA在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 运用免疫组化和RT-PCR的方法检测NF-КBp65蛋白和m RNA在60例鼻咽癌和30例鼻咽炎组织中的表达，分析鼻咽癌组织NF-ΚBp65表达活性差异与鼻咽癌患者临床病理指标的相关性。结果 鼻咽癌组织中NF-КBp65蛋白和m RNA的表达明显高于鼻咽炎组织（P<0.05）；鼻咽癌组织中NF-КBp65蛋白和m RNA的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移及临床分期有显著相关性（P<0.05）；肿瘤体积越大、有淋巴结转移、临床分期越高的鼻咽癌NF-КBp65蛋白和m RNA的表达越高。结论 NNF-КBp65表达高的鼻咽癌可能更具有侵袭性，预后更差。NF-КBp65在鼻咽癌发生发展过程中可能发挥着重要作用，是鼻咽癌患者独立的预后因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of NF-КBp65 protein and m RNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of NF-КBp65 protein and m RNA in 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and30 cases of nasopharyngitis tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR, to analyze the correlation between the expression of NF-КBp65 and clinicopathological parameters in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results The expression level of NF-КBp65 protein and m RNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue were significantly higher than that in nasopharyngitis tissue(P<0.05);the expression of NF-КBp65 protein and m RNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue was significantly correlated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and clinical stage(P<0.05); the expression of NF-КBp65 protein and m RNA was higher in nasopharyngeal carcinoma with larger tumor size, lymph node metastasis and higher clinical stage. Conclusion Nasopharyngeal carcinoma with high expression of NF-КBp65 may be more invasive and have worse prognosis. NF-КBp65 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and is an independent prognostic factor of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.更多还原
