【Abstract】 Interleukin(IL)-25,also known as IL-17 E,is a member of the IL-17 cytokine family, which is mainly produced by epithelial cells and natural immune cells.IL-25 can induce signal response in the middle and lower reaches of epithelial cells and type 2 lymphocytes, thus initiating and maintaining type Ⅱ immune response.IL-25 plays an important role in the repair of kidney, liver, lung and intestine injury.This article reviews the research progress of IL-25 on tissue damage repair through regulating different signal pathways.更多还原
