【摘要】 为了进一步挖掘科研人员学术创业意愿的发力点，利用CMA 2.0软件采用元分析方法，通过对中外文献的搜索，选取与学术创业意愿影响因素相关的28篇文献和113个效应值进行分析。研究发现，个体层面、组织层面和政府层面对科研人员学术创业意愿均有影响，其中个体层面的创业动机、人格特质、创业资源，组织层面的关系网络、个体与行业之间的合作、主观规范性、组织机构的支持，政府层面政府政策的支持，对学术创业意愿影响显著。基于此，提出提高科研人员学术创业意愿的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to further motivate academic entrepreneurial willingness of scientific researchers, by means of CMA 2.0 software and meta-analysis, 28 Chinese and foreign documents and 113 effect values related to academic entrepreneurial willingness are selected for analysis. It is found that individual, organization and government all have impacts on the academic entrepreneurial willingness of scientific researchers. Among them, the entrepreneurial motivation, personality traits, entrepreneurial resources at the individual level, the relationship network, the cooperation between individuals and the industry, subjective norms, and the organizational support at the organizational level as well as policy support at the government level all play a significant role in academic entrepreneurship. Based on this, some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the academic entrepreneurial willingness of scientific researchers are put forward.更多还原
