基于弹流润滑的机油温度对主轴承润滑影响分析

【摘要】 采用多体动力学和弹性流体动力润滑理论来联合计算16V240ZJE型柴油机的机油工作温度对主轴承润滑情况的影响。根据柴油机的工作要求选取了三种典型的机油工作温度,80℃、88℃、95℃。根据EXCITE软件和有关文献的标准评价了润滑计算结果,九个主轴承在三种机油温度下均能保持正常润滑,其中柴油机输出端第9主轴承在95℃机油温度下的工作情况最差,为危险主轴承位置。为保障第9主轴承的正常润滑性能,在柴油机日常使用中应尽量保证机油工作温度在80~88℃范围内,最高不要超过95℃。

【Abstract】 Multi-body dynamics and elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory are used to jointly calculate the influence of the operating oil temperature of the 16V240ZJE diesel engine on the lubrication of the main bearing. According to the working requirements of the diesel engine, three typical oil working temperatures are selected, 80 ℃, 88 ℃, and 95 ℃. The results of lubrication calculations were evaluated according to the standards of EXCITE software and related documents. The nine main bearings can maintain normal lubrication at three oil temperatures. Among them, the ninth main bearing at the output end of diesel engine has the worst working condition at 95 ℃ oil temperature and is the dangerous main bearing.For the bearing life, in the daily use of the diesel engine, we should try to ensure that the operating temperature of the lubrication oil is within the range of 80-88 ℃, and the maximum should not exceed 95 ℃.
