矿渣基地质聚合物轻质保温砂浆的制备与性能研究
Study on preparation and characterization of lightweight insulation mortar from slag-based geopolymer
【摘要】 采用矿渣基地质聚合物制备轻质保温砂浆,研究了2种粒径聚苯(EPS)颗粒与玻化微珠掺量对保温砂浆干密度、吸水率、导热系数、抗压强度及粘结强度的影响,通过SEM揭示了玻化微珠对改善地聚物保温砂浆力学性能的作用机理。结果表明:掺EPS颗粒可迅速降低地聚物保温砂浆的干密度和导热系数,掺量为6%时可制备干密度446 kg/m~3、导热系数0.078 W/(m·K)的保温砂浆,但内部空隙增多,吸水率高达13.4%。掺加0.5~1.0 mm小粒径EPS颗粒可有效降低砂浆内部空隙,促使吸水率降低。在EPS颗粒掺量为5%的基础上掺加10%的玻化微珠,可使砂浆获得581 kPa的最高粘结强度,当玻化微珠掺量为20%时可获得3.26 MPa的最高抗压强度。
【Abstract】 Slag-based geopolymer was used to prepare lightweight insulation mortar. The effects of polyphenylene particles with two sizes and vitrified microsphere on the dry density,water absorption,thermal conductivity,compressive strength and bond strength of the insulation mortar were studied. Besides,the improving mechanism of vitrified microsphere on the mechanical properties of the geopolymer insulation mortar was revealed by SEM. The results show that the addition of EPS particles can rapidly reduce the dry density and thermal conductivity of slag-based geopolymer insulation mortar,and the dry density of 446 kg/m~3 and thermal conductivity of 0.078 W/(m·K) can be prepared with the addition of 6%,but the internal voids increase and the water absorption rate is as high as 13.4%. The addition of 0.5~1.0 mm small particle size EPS particles can effectively reduce the inter-nal voids of the mortar,leading to a reduction in water absorption. A 10% addition of vitrified microsphere on the mortar which already contains 5% EPS particles can make it obtain the highest bond strength of 581 kPa,and the highest compressive strength of 3.26 MPa can be obtained when the dosing is 20%.
