构件用核壳型轻集料混凝土耐久性研究

【摘要】 为了探究核壳型轻集料在轻质混凝土中的性能,在前期核壳型陶粒制备的基础上对比研究了相同强度等级(设计强度C30)轻集料混凝土和核壳型轻集料混凝土的抗压强度、抗渗性、抗冻性及抗碳化性。试验结果表明:核壳型轻集料混凝土的28 d抗压强度可达到45.59 MPa;相对渗透系数为0.35×10-6mm/s,约为轻集料混凝土的1/5;经过100次冻融循环后核壳型轻集料混凝土的质量损失率为1.07%,强度损失率为3.85%;经过28 d碳化试验后,核壳型轻集料混凝土碳化不明显。对集料进行包壳处理后,可有效提高混凝土的力学性能和耐久性。

【Abstract】 This paper aims to explore the performance of core-shell lightweight aggregate in lightweight concrete. The compressive strength,impermeability,frost resistance,and carbonization resistance of core-shell lightweight aggregate concrete,lightweight aggregate concrete,and ordinary concrete with the same strength grade(design strength C30) were compared and studied. The test results show that the 28 d compressive strength of core-shell lightweight aggregate concrete can reach 45.59 MPa,the relative permeability coefficient of core-shell lightweight aggregate concrete is 0.35 ×10-6 mm/s,which is about 1/5 of that of lightweight aggregate concrete. After 100 freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss rates of core-shell lightweight aggregate concrete is 1.07%,and the strength loss rates is 3.85%. After 28 days carbonization test,carbonization of core-shell lightweight aggregate concrete is not obvious. It can be seen that the mechanical property and durability of concrete can be effectively improved after the cladding treatment of aggregate.
