【摘要】 中国聚变工程试验堆(CFETR)是中国下一代全超导托卡马克装置,低温泵因其抽速大且能获得清洁无油高真空环境的特点被选为主真空室抽气设备。针对低温泵因故障而导致整个堆停运的问题,提出一种全新的双阀门结构低温泵设计方案。新设计主要包含双阀门泵体设计、可分离前阀门设计及密封部件设计,并对新设计关键部件密封推杆和前阀门进行了受力分析,模拟结果初步验证了设计方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 The China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor(CFETR) is China′s next-generation all-superconducting Tokamak device.The cryopump is selected as the main vacuum chamber pumping equipment because of its high pumping speed and its ability to obtain a clean, oil-free high vacuum environment.Aiming at the problem that the entire reactor is shut down due to the cryopump failure, a new design scheme for the cryopump with a double valve structure was proposed. The new design mainly includes two-valve pump body design, separable front valve design, sealing component design, and force analysis of the key components of the new design, the sealing push rod and the front valve, was carried out, and the simulation results preliminarily verify the feasibility of the design scheme.
