【Abstract】 Atrial cardiopathy is defined as an atrial structural and functional disorder. It can be diagnosed by various ECG, echocardiography and serum markers. Atrial cardiopathy has been proved to be associated with ischemic stroke, and undetected paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is considered to be the primary cause of latent stroke, so more and more patients are clinically undergoing long-term cardiac monitoring.
