不同角膜屈光手术对近视患者眼红指数及泪膜破裂时间的影响分析

【摘要】 目的 分析近视患者接受不同角膜屈光手术对眼红指数及泪膜破裂时间的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年5月盐城市第三人民医院收治的204例近视患者(408眼)展开研究,并按硬币法将其分为比照组及干预组,各102例(204眼),分别接受前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(sub-bowman-keratomileusis, SBK)、飞秒激光制瓣联合准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(femtosecond laser valvuloplasty combined with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis, FS-LASIK)。分析两种角膜屈光手术对近视患者眼红指数及泪膜破裂时间的影响。结果 干预组术后7、30 d后泪膜破裂时间分别为(7.16±2.01)、(8.87±2.78)s,长于比照组的(6.59±1.71)、(8.02±2.12)s,差异有统计学意义(t=3.085、3.473,P=0.002、0.001);干预组术后7、30 d中央角膜知觉指数分别为(5.15±1.14)、(5.31±1.02)mm,均优于比照组的(4.85±1.02)、(5.01±1.05)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=2.801、2.927,P=0.005、0.004)。结论 SBK、FS-LASIK对患者眼红指数的影响效果相近,FS-LASIK术对患者泪膜破裂时间及中央角膜知觉的影响明显小于SBK术,因此在临床中优先推荐选择FS-LASIK对近视患者展开治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of different corneal refractive surgery on red index and tear film rupture time in myopia patients. Methods 204 patients(408 eyes) with myopia who admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Yancheng from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected for this study. They were divided into comparison group and intervention group by coin method, 102 patients(204 eyes) in each group. They received sub-bowman-keratomileusis(SBK), femtosecond laser valvuloplasty combined with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK), respectively. To analyze the effects of two kinds of corneal refractive surgery on the red index and tear film rupture time of myopia patients. Results The tear film rupture time 7 d and 30 d after surgery was(7.16±2.01) s and(8.87±2.78) s in the intervention group, and were longer than those in the comparison group(6.59±1.71) s and(8.02±2.12) s, the difference was statistically significant(t=3.085, 3.473, P=0.002, 0.001). The central corneal perception index at 7 d and 30 d after surgery were(5.15±1.14) mm and(5.31±1.02) mm in the intervention group, and were better than those of the comparison group(4.85±1.02) mm and(5.01±1.05) mm, the difference was statistically significant(t=2.801, 2.927, P=0.005, 0.004). Conclusion SBK and FS-LASIK have similar effects on the ophthalmic index, and the effects of FSLASIK on tear film rupture time and central corneal perception are significantly less than those of SBK. Therefore, FSLASIK is recommended for the treatment of myopia patients.
