【摘要】 目的 分析急性缺血性脑卒中应用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2017年5月—2020年5月期间广西北海市人民医院收治的130例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象，对患者临床治疗情况进行前瞻性研究。根据临床治疗方法的不同分为对照组（50例）与观察组（80例），对照组接受常规临床治疗方案，观察组接受阿替普酶药物治疗，评价两组患者认知功能改善情况；对比治疗后两组24 h mRS差评分及90 d mRS差评分。结果 治疗后，观察组MoCA评分为（26.22±1.62）分，明显优于对照组的（22.13±2.14）分，差异有统计学意义（t=12.353,P<0.001）；观察组溶栓治疗后24 h mRS差评分及90 d mRS差评分分别为（2.93±1.23）分、（2.94±1.10）分，均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 为急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用阿替普酶进行治疗后，不仅可改善认知功能，且患者临床上的预后情况更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with alteplase in acute ischemic stroke. Methods Selected 130 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were admitted to Guangxi Beihai People’s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2020 as the research object to conduct a prospective study on the clinical treatment of patients. According to different clinical treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(80 cases). The control group received routine clinical treatment scheme, and the observation group received alteplase drug treatment. The improvement of cognitive function of the patients in the two groups was evaluated. The difference of 24 h mRS scores and 90 d mRS scores of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the MoCA score of the observation group(26.22±1.62) points was significantly higher than that of the control group(22.13±2.14) points, the difference was statistically significant(t=12.353, P<0.001). The difference of 24 h after thrombolytic therapy and the difference of 90 d after thrombolytic therapy were(3.64±0.70) points,(2.93±1.23) points and(2.94±1.10) points higher than those of the control group, respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with alteplase not only improves cognitive function, but also has a better clinical prognosis.更多还原
