结直肠癌筛查与甲烷呼气检测

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,结直肠癌的发病率和病死率呈逐渐上升趋势,严重威胁着人们的健康,给社会和家庭带来了沉重的经济负担,而结直肠癌的筛查可以显著降低其病死率,因此提高结直肠癌的筛查刻不容缓。结直肠癌筛查的方法有很多种,可以通过血液、大便、腹部影像学等检查、检验方法,但世界公认的结直肠癌筛查的金标准是结肠镜,但因其有创,有一定并发症,肠道准备复杂,导致人群依从性差等缺点,使结直肠癌的早期检出率下降。有研究发现人体呼出的相关气体与消化道疾病有关,其中呼出的甲烷气体与结直肠癌有相关联系。本文就结直肠癌的筛查、甲烷呼气检测,甲烷与结直肠癌之间关系作一综述,以期为结直肠癌的普查筛选提供必要的信息。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of people’s living standard and change of lifestyle, the incidence and mortality rate of colorectal cancer are gradually increasing, which seriously threatens people’s health and brings heavy economic burden to the society and families, and the screening of colorectal cancer can significantly reduce its mortality rate, so improving the screening of colorectal cancer cannot be delayed. There are many methods of colorectal cancer screening,including blood, stool and abdominal imaging, but the world’s gold standard for colorectal cancer screening is colonoscopy, which is invasive, has certain complications, complicated intestinal preparation, and leads to poor compliance,thus reducing the early detection rate of colorectal cancer. Some studies have found that related gases exhaled by the human body are associated with gastrointestinal diseases, among which exhaled methane gas is associated with colorectal cancer. This article provides a review of colorectal cancer screening, methane breath testing, and the relationship between methane and colorectal cancer, with the aim of providing necessary information for colorectal cancer screening.
