【摘要】 近年来，随着医疗技术不断发展，二甲双胍逐渐成为糖尿病患者的一线口服降糖药物，能够改善胰岛素抵抗，抑制肝脏糖异生等参与调节水平。有研究发现，二甲双胍也可应用在多种癌症的临床治疗中，对于胃癌、膀胱癌、肺癌等癌症的发生率、复发率以及病死率有着重要作用，这主要是由于二甲双胍能够有效激活AMPK通路，并且能够诱导细胞周期停滞从而导致细胞凋亡，达到抑制血管生成的目的，另外，二甲双胍也可帮助抑制膀胱癌干细胞增殖，提高化疗药物的药效等多种分子机制以达到抗膀胱癌的作用。因此，分析二甲双胍抗膀胱癌药理机制研究进展至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the continuous development of medical technology, metformin has gradually become the first-line oral hypoglycemic drug for diabetic patients, which can improve insulin resistance, inhibit liver gluconeogenesis and other involved regulation levels. Some studies have found that metformin can also be used in the clinical treatment of various cancers, and plays an important role in the incidence, recurrence and mortality of gastric cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer and other cancers. This is mainly due to the fact that metformin can effectively activate the AMPK pathway, and can induce cell cycle arrest, leading to apoptosis and inhibiting angiogenesis.
