【摘要】 目的 探讨辅食营养包对贫血患儿生长发育及营养状态的影响。方法 选取2016年1—12月该院收治的贫血患儿60例为研究对象，遵循患儿及其家属的意愿，分为对照组与观察组，各30例，对照组采用富马酸亚铁混悬液，观察组在对照组基础上加辅食营养包进行干预，对两组患儿生长发育及营养状态情况进行比较。结果 两组干预前身高、体质量比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;干预后，观察组身高（4.86±1.05）cm、体质量（2.26±0.51）kg均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=6.968、2.918,P<0.05）。两组干预前血红蛋白值（Hb）、红细胞数目（RBC）、平均红细胞体积（MCV）指标水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，观察组Hb(5.74±1.35)g/L、RBC(0.61±0.18)T/L、MCV(5.75±2.01)fl高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=8.287、3.411、4.476,P<0.05）。结论 辅食营养包不仅能效促进贫血患儿生长发育，还能改善其营养状态，缓解贫血状况，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of complementary food nutrition package on the growth, development and nutritional status of children with anemia.MethodsA total of 60 children with anemia who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the wishes of the children and their families, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given ferrous fumarate suspension, and the observation group was given supplementary food nutrition package on the basis of the control group for intervention. The growth, development and nutritional status of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no statisticallay significant difference in height and weight between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05); after intervention, the height(4.86±1.05) cm and weight(2.26±0.51) kg of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.968, 2.918, P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC), and mean red blood cell volume(MCV) between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05); after intervention, Hb(5.74±1.35) g/L, RBC(0.61±0.18) T/L, MCV(5.75±2.01) fl in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.287, 3.411, 4.476,P<0.05).ConclusionThe complementary food nutrition package can not only effectively promote the growth and development of children with anemia, but also improve their nutritional status and relieve anemia, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
