标本溶血对电化学发光法检测生长激素结果的影响
Effects of Hemolysis of Specimens on the Results of Electrochemiluminescence Assay for Growth Hormone
【摘要】 目的 探讨标本溶血对电化学发光法检测生长激素结果的影响。方法 收集149例生长激素检测值>5 ng/mL的正常血清样本,用离心机处理后人为造成样本重度溶血,并于溶血后30 min、8 h用电化学发光法测定其结果。结果 99例样本在重度溶血后30 min的检测值较其正常值低(0.22±0.60)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=4.80,P<0.05);50例样本在重度溶血后8 h的检测值较其正常值低(0.19±0.27)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=4.80,P<0.05)。结论 标本溶血会导致电化学发光法检测生长激素值稍低于正常水平。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of specimen hemolysis on the results of electrochemiluminescence assay for growth hormone. Methods A total of 149 normal serum samples with growth hormone detection value greater than 5 ng/mL were collected. After centrifugation, the samples were artificially severely hemolyzed, and the results were determined by electrochemiluminescence 30 min and 8 h after hemolysis. Results The detection value of 99samples at 30 min after severe hemolysis was lower than the normal value(0.22±0.60)ng/mL, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.80, P<0.05). The detection value of 50 samples at 8 h after severe hemolysis was lower than the normal value(0.19 ±0.27)ng/mL, and the difference was statistically significant(t =4.80, P <0.05).Conclusion The hemolysis of the specimen may cause the growth hormone value detected by electrochemiluminescence method to be slightly lower than the normal level.
