【摘要】 目的 研究新型声带息肉挤切钳切除声带息肉的临床疗效。方法 将20例声带息肉患者在支撑喉镜下经新型声带息肉挤切钳切除作为实验组，20例声带息肉患者经传统的声带息肉钳切除作为对照组，分别对比分析术前、术后1周、4周两组患者电子喉镜检查、嗓音障碍指数（voice handicap index,VHI）量表及客观嗓音评估等指标。结果 对照组和实验组术后1周、4周与术前相比，电子喉镜表现、VHI量表及客观嗓音评估均明显改善（P均<0.05）；实验组术后1周、4周与对照组术后1周、4周相比，VHI量表及客观嗓音评估差异均无统计学意义（P均>0.05）。结论 新型声带息肉挤切钳可以应用于声带息肉等咽喉部良性病变的切除，与传统的声带息肉钳疗效差异无统计学意义，但是新型声带息肉挤切钳具有操作方便，避免反复多次钳夹等优点，可以作为声带良性病变切除的器械选择之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of new vocal cord polyp forceps for removing vocal cord polyps. Methods 20 patients with vocal cord polyps treated with new vocal cord polyp forceps under the supportive laryngoscope were selected as the experimental group,and 20 patients with vocal cord polyps treated with traditional vocal cord polyp forceps were selected as the control group. Electronic laryngoscopy(pre-operation,post-operation 1 week and 4 weeks),voice handicap index scale and objective voice evaluation were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results Compared with pre-operation,electronic laryngeal endoscopic performance,voice impairment index scale and Objective voice evaluation were significantly improved in control group and experimental group with statistical significance(P all<0.05). There was no significant difference in the voice disorder index scale and Objective voice assessment between the experimental group and the control group at 1 and 4 weeks after surgery(P all>0.05). Conclusion The new vocal cord polyp forceps can be used to remove benign vocal cord lesions such as vocal cord polyps. It has the characteristics of removing vocal cord polyps thoroughly and causing little damage to surrounding normal tissues,and has no obvious difference with the traditional vocal cord polyp forceps. However,the new vocal cord polyp forceps operated easily and avoided repeated clamping. It can be used as one of the instruments for removing benign vocal cord lesions.更多还原
