基于复杂网络视角的智能周转箱绿色配送模式设计

【摘要】 常规烟草周转箱选型设计时仅考虑使用功能这一指标,未从经济持有量、单次装载率、总配送时间、汽车运载量等因素综合考虑,致使当前物流配送碳排放量高、经济效益低。基于线上线下融合的方法,首先利用百度指数和问卷调查收集整理出90个关于物流配送方面的高频词,然后使用复杂网络进行数据处理,将处理后的结论用于周转箱设计、周转箱溯源、周转箱回收,最后通过智能设计制造和Flexsim物流仿真,改善配送流程,形成智能周转箱绿色配送模式。通过两年的实际运行,智能周转箱与传统周转箱相比,每次使用能减少碳排放0.11 kg,减少幅度达15%,社会效益和经济效益显著。

【Abstract】 The selection and design of conventional tobacco turnover box only consider the function of use, and do not comprehensively consider factors such as economic holdings, single loading rate, total delivery time, vehicle carrying capacity, etc., resulting in high carbon emissions and low economic benefits in current logistics and distribution. Method based on the integration of online and offline was adopted. The first step was to collect and sort out 90 high-frequency words about logistics and distribution by using Baidu index and questionnaire survey. Then, the complex network was used for data processing, and the processed conclusions were used in the design, traceability, and recycling of turnover boxes. Finanlly, the intelligent design and manufacturing and Flexsim logistics simulation were used to improve the distribution process and form the green distribution mode of intelligent turnover boxes. After two years of actual operation, the intelligent turnover box can reduce carbon emissions by 0.11 kg per use compared with the traditional turnover box; the reduction rate is 15%, and the social and economic benefits are significant.
