【摘要】 考虑一个由供应商和制造商组成的二级供应链，研究供应商和制造商在零部件-制造质量双驱动下的博弈和协调问题。在供应商和制造商质量决策的基础上，根据供应链不同结构，分别建立了中心化和分散化情形下的零部件-制造质量双驱动需求模型。分析了零部件-制造质量双驱动供应链下供应商和制造商的均衡决策、收益以及效率损失和绩效改进空间。通过设计总成本分摊与收益分享合同最终实现了质量双驱动决策模型下的供应链协调，制造商和供应商均实现Pareto绩效改进，该合同表现出较好的稳健性。通过总成本分摊与收益分享合同，供应商和制造商能实现成本分摊和收益共享的正相关，有利于促进双方质量水平的提高。数值算例结果验证了该模型的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering a two-level supply chain composed of suppliers and manufacturers, the game and coordination between suppliers and manufacturers under the dual-driven situation of components-manufacturing quality are studied. According to the different structure of supply chain, the dual-driven demand models of components-manufacturing quality under centralized and decentralized conditions are established respectively, which is based on the quality decision of supplier and manufacturer. The equilibrium decision, profit, efficiency loss and performance improvement space of supplier and manufacturer of the dual-driven supply chain of the components-manufacturing quality are analyzed. Through the design of total cost allocation and revenue sharing contract, supply chain coordination is finally realized under the quality dual-driven decision model. Both manufacturers and suppliers achieve Pareto performance improvement, and the contract shows good robustness. Through the total cost sharing and revenue sharing contract, suppliers and manufacturers can realize the positive correlation between cost sharing and revenue sharing, which is conducive to the improvement of quality level of both sides.
