规模羊场疫苗联合免疫规程优化研究
Study on Optimization of Vaccine Combined Immunization Procedures in Large-scale Sheep Farms
【摘要】 目的 对规模羊场常用疫苗,即羊小反刍兽疫疫苗、口蹄疫疫苗和羊痘疫苗联合免疫程序进行优化设计。方法 分别设置口蹄疫疫苗组、小反刍兽疫疫苗组和山羊痘疫苗组、两两免疫组和三种疫苗同时免疫组来分别免疫绵羊,测定各试验组免疫后7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、60 d、90 d、150 d的实验羊免疫血清抗体产生情况及抗体存续时间。结果:小反刍兽疫疫苗免疫效果最优为单独免疫组,口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果最优为口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫联合免疫组,羊痘疫苗免疫效果最优为羊痘单独免疫组。结论 可采用口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫联合免疫,羊痘单独免疫的免疫模式,既可以减少免疫副反应又能提高免疫效果,同时降低了免疫接种的劳动强度。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the optimal design of the combined immunization program for vaccines commonly used in large-scale sheep farms, including Peste des petits ruminants vaccine, foot-and-mouth disease vaccine and sheep pox vaccine. The method is to set foot and mouth disease vaccine group, Peste des petits ruminants vaccine group and goat pox vaccine group, two-two immunization group and three-vaccine simultaneous immunization group to immunize sheep respectively. The antibody production and antibody existence time of the experimental sheep immune serum at 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d, 60 d, 90 d, and 150 d after immunization in each experimental group were measured. The results showed that the best immune effect of Peste des petits ruminants vaccine was the single immunization group; the best immune effect of foot and mouth disease vaccine was the combined immunization group of foot and mouth disease and Peste des petits ruminants; the best immune effect of sheep pox vaccine was the sheep pox single immunization group. Therefore, combined immunization with foot-and-mouth disease and peste des petits ruminants, and immunization with sheeppox alone can be used, which can not only reduce immune side effects, but also improve the immune effect, while reducing the labor intensity of immunization.
