中药-益生菌制剂对生长育肥猪生长性能、胴体性能和肉品质的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究日粮添加中药-益生菌制剂对生长育肥猪生长性能、胴体性能和肉品质的影响。试验选用30头100日龄、体重相近的杜×长×大三元杂交生长育肥猪随机分为5组,每组6头,分别为对照组(基础日粮)、试验1组(基础日粮+0.5%中药-益生菌制剂)、试验2组(基础日粮+1.0%中药-益生菌制剂)、试验3组(基础日粮+1.5%中药-益生菌制剂)和试验4组(基础日粮+2%中药-益生菌制剂)。预试期10 d,正试期30 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验1、2、3和4组平均日采食量分别提高了0.81%(P>0.05)、2.02%(P<0.05)、12.10%(P<0.01)和12.10%(P<0.01),平均日增重分别提高了7.2%(P>0.05)、18.07%(P<0.01)、26.51%(P<0.01)和22.89%(P<0.01),末重分别提高了3.69%(P>0.05)、9.03%(P<0.05)、13.28%(P<0.05)和11.45%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低了1.34%(P>0.05)、2.68%(P>0.05)、3.30%(P<0.05)和3.01%(P>0.05)。试验2、3、4组宰前活重显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.05);试验3组背膘厚显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验3组的剪切力和失水率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);熟肉率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);各组的pH45min和pH24h指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,试验3组在促进生长育肥猪的生长、提高屠宰性能和改善肉品质方面效果最佳。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary supplementation of traditional Chinese medicine-probiotics on growth performance, carcass performance and meat quality of growing-finishing pigs. Thirty 100-day-old Duroc × Landrace × Large White crossbred growing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 pigs in each group. They were control group(basal diet), trial group 1(basal diet +0.5% Chinese herbal medicine and probiotics), trial group 2(basal diet +1.0% Chinese herbal medicine probiotics), trial group 3(basal diet +1.5% Chinese herbal medicine and probiotics) and trial group 4(basal diet +2% Chinese herbal medicine and probiotics), respectively. The pre-test period lasted for 10 days, and the experimental period lasted for 30 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake(ADFI) of test groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 increased by 0.81%(P>0.05), 2.02%(P<0.05), 12.10%(P<0.01) and 12.10%(P<0.01). The average daily gain was increased by 7.2%(P>0.05), 18.07%(P<0.01), 26.51%(P<0.01) and 22.89%(P<0.01), respectively. The final body weight was increased by 3.69%(P>0.05), 9.03%(P<0.05), 13.28%(P<0.05) and 11.45%(P< 0.05), respectively. The feed/gain ratio(F/G) was decreased by 1.34%(P>0.05),2.68%(P>0.05),3.30%(P<0.05) and 3.01%(P>0.05), respectively. The live weight before slaughter of 2, 3 and 4 groups was significantly higher than the test 1 group and control group(P<0.05).The backfat thickness of the test 3 group was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).The shear force and water loss rate of the test 3 group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), and cooked meat rate was significantly higher than the other groups P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pH45min and pH24h among all groups(P >0.05).Therefore,the experimental group 3had the best effect in promoting the growth of growing-finishing pigs,improving slaughter performance and improving meat quality.
