催产素在绒山羊人工输精中的应用研究
Study on the Application of Oxytocin in Artificial Insemination of Cashmere Goats
【摘要】 针对绒山羊人工授精情期受胎率低的主要问题,为提高自然发情和同步发情绒山羊人工授精妊娠率,采用不同发情处理方法、不同输精方法进行了试验,为绒山羊人工输精受胎率的提高提供科学依据。本试验在同一地点同一饲养管理条件下随机选择健康繁殖母羊进行;试验羊按自然发情和同期发情分两组进行,每组羊按输精次数及有无催产素处理再分四组进行人工输精。人工输精后第35~40 d进行超声妊娠诊断。结果显示:催产素处理后的母羊宫颈通透性73.21%与无催产素处理羊宫颈通透性23.21%有显著差异(P<0.05);自然发情单次、两次人工输精妊娠率(48%与56%)与催产素组妊娠率(60%与68.6%)有显著差异(P<0.05);同步发情单次、两次人工输精妊娠率(64%和68%)与催产素组妊娠率(80%和85%)有显著差异(P<0.05);自然发情羊妊娠率52.0%~64.3%与同期发情羊妊娠率(66%和82.5%)有显著差异(P<0.05);自然发情组总妊娠率(59.17%)与同期发情组总妊娠率(76.15%)有显著差异(P<0.05)。自然发情、同期发情羊人工输精时使用催产素能显著提高宫颈通透性,有利于受孕输精后妊娠率明显提高;自然发情和同期发情处理的绒山羊在两次人工输精间隔10~12 h后,妊娠率有提高的趋势,但无显著差异;自然发情、同步发情羊输精次数对妊娠率没有显著影响(P>0.05)。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the main problem of the low conception rate of cashmere goats during artificial insemination, in order to increase the pregnancy rate after artificial insemination of natural estrus and synchronized estrus cashmere goats, we used different estrus treatment methods and different insemination methods to conduct experiments to improve cashmere goat artificial insemination and conception rate.These experiments provide scientific evidence in improving insemination and conception rate.The experiment was carried out on healthy breeding ewes randomly selected in the same place and under the same feeding and management conditions;the experimental sheep were divided into two groups according to the natural estrus and the same period of estrus,and the sheep in each group were divided into four groups according to the number of insemination and the presence or absence of oxytocin treatment for artificial insemination.Ultrasound pregnancy diagnosis was performed 35-40days after artificial insemination.The cervical permeability of ewes treated with oxytocin was 73.21% and 23.21% of sheep without oxytocin treatment was significantly different(P <0.05);the pregnancy rate of one natural estrus,and two artificial insemination(48% and 56%)and the pregnancy rate of the oxytocin group(60% and 68.6%)were significantly different(P<0.05);there was a significant difference between the pregnancy rates of single and double artificial insemination(64% and 68%)and the pregnancy rate of oxytocin group(80% and 85%)in synchronous estrus(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate of sheep in natural estrus was 52.0% ~64.3% and the pregnancy rate of sheep in estrus in the same period(66% and 82.5%)was significantly different(P<0.05);the total pregnancy rate of the natural estrus group(59.17%)was significantly different from that of the estrus group(76.15%)during the same period(P<0.05).The use of oxytocin during artificial insemination of sheep in natural estrus and estrus at the same time can significantly improve the permeability of the cervix,which is conducive to a significant increase in the pregnancy rate after conception and insemination;the pregnancy rate of cashmere goats treated with natural estrus and simultaneous estrus treatment had a tendency to increase after the interval of 10-12hours between two artificial inseminations,but there was no significant difference;the frequency of insemination of sheep in natural estrus and synchronous estrus had no significant effect on pregnancy rate(P>0.05).
