【摘要】 为了解云南省楚雄地区是否有猪戊型肝炎的存在及其流行分布规律，从云南省楚雄地区共采集307份血清样品，采用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）对猪戊型肝炎的流行情况进行血清学调查。用T检验分析不同年龄及性别猪血清HEV抗体水平。结果显示：307份猪血清HEV-IgG抗体阳性率为56.35%，其中控制养殖场血清HEV-IgG抗体阳性率为51.68%，屠宰厂为62.79%，比较各年龄阶段和性别的猪，显示母猪体血清抗体阳性率最高，阳性率为70.45%。猪戊型肝炎感染在楚雄地区普遍存在，并呈一定的流行趋势，从流行群体来看，猪戊型肝炎在母猪体中的流行率高于其他群体。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the prevalence and distribution of swine hepatitis E in Chuxiong,307 serum samples were collected from Chuxiong,Yunnan Province,serological investigation of swine hepatitis E was carried out by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).Serum HEV antibody levels of different age and sex pigs were analyzed by t-test.The results showed that the positive rate of anti-HEV-IgG in 307 swine serum was 56.35%,the positive rate of anti-HEV-IgG in farm serum was 51.68%,the positive rate in slaughterhouse was 62.79%,the results showed that the positive rate of serum antibody of sows was the highest,the positive rate was 70.45%.Hepatitis E virus(HEV)infection in pigs is prevalent in Chuxiong.The prevalence of HEV infection in sows is higher than that in other populations.更多还原
