【摘要】 目的 了解疫情封控期间医学生自我控制的现状及其影响因素，针对其特点为提升医学生自我控制能力提供依据。方法 于2022年5月采用大学生自我控制量表对山东省济宁医学院的1 299例医学生开展问卷调查，并采用x~2和Logistic回归分析影响处于封控时期医学生自我控制的因素。结果 医学生在疫情封控期间的自我控制水平属于中等程度。Logistic回归结果显示：生源地（OR=0.684）、留守经历（OR=0.500）和担忧未来前景（OR=0.630）是医学生自我控制的不利因素，其差异性能够阻碍高自我控制水平的发生率；沉迷手机娱乐（OR=3.630）、年级（OR=1.647）和与周围朋友有过矛盾和冲突（OR=2.189）是医学生自我控制的诱导因素，其差异性能够促进高自我控制水平的发生率。结论 疫情封控期间医学生的自我控制处于中等水平，学生个人、学校和家长应注意采取相应的措施来提高医学生的自我控制水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation of medical students’ self-control and its influencing factors during the epidemic closure and control period, and to provide a basis for improving medical students’ self-control ability according to their characteristics. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in May 2022 using the self-control scale for college students among 1 299 medical students at Jining Medical College in Shandong Province, and x~2 and Logistic regression were used to analyze the factors affecting self-control of medical students who were in a period of closed control. Results The results of Logistic regression showed that: place of origin(OR=0.684), experience of staying behind(OR=0.500) and worry about future prospects(OR=0.630) were unfavorable factors for medical students’ self-control, and their variability could hinder the incidence of high self-control; indulge in mobile entertainment(OR=3.630), grade(OR=1.647) and having conflicts and conflicts with friends(OR=2.189) were inducing factors for medical students’ self-control, and their variability could promote the incidence of high self-control level. Conclusion The selfcontrol of medical students during epidemic closure is at a moderate level, and individual students, schools and parents should pay attention to measures to improve the level of self-control of medical students.更多还原
