【摘要】 目的 探讨住院耳鸣患者心理一致感现状及其影响因素分析。方法 采用一般资料调查表、心理一致感量表（SOC-13）及医学应对方式问卷（MCMQ）对79例耳鸣患者进行问卷调查。采用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析、回归分析。结果 耳鸣患者心理一致感总分值为61.68±13.17分；不同年龄段耳鸣患者的心理一致感总分存在显著差异（P<0.05）；思维和情绪、睡眠、注意力受耳鸣影响与不受影响的患者心理一致感总分存在显著差异（P<0.05）。多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、思维和情绪有无受影响、注意力有无受影响是影响耳鸣患者心理一致感现状的主要因素。结论 耳鸣患者的心理一致感水平有待提升，思维和情绪、注意力受影响的青年耳鸣患者需引起临床医护人员的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of sense of coherence and its influencing factors in hospitalized tinnitus patients. Methods 79 cases of tinnitus were investigated by general information questionnaire, sense of coherence(SOC-13) and medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ). Independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were used. Results The total score of sense of coherence in tinnitus patients was 61.68±13.17 points; there were significant differences in the total score of sense of coherence in patients with tinnitus of different ages(P<0.05); there were significant differences in the total score of mental consistency between thinking and mood, sleep, and attention affected by tinnitus and unaffected patients(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, thinking and emotions are affected, and whether attention is affected are the main factors affecting the current situation of sense of coherence in tinnitus patients. Conclusion The level of sense of coherence of tinnitus patients needs to be improved. Young tinnitus patients whose thinking and mood, attention are affected need to be concerned by clinical medical staff.更多还原
