【摘要】 目的 探究承德市养老机构老年人抑郁现状、适应情况及抑郁的影响因素。方法 2021年7月～2022年3月采用便利抽样方法选择承德市3所养老机构的老年人作为研究对象，采用老年抑郁量表（GDS）及一般资料调查表对承德市养老机构174例老年人适应性及抑郁情况进行调查分析。单因素分析采用x2检验，多因素分析采用Logistic回归分析。结果 养老机构老年人抑郁发生率为48.28%，其中轻度抑郁65例，中重度抑郁19例。94例对养老机构工作人员的工作态度不满意，86例对机构人员开展的心理疏导不满意，养老机构老年人整体适应情况不佳。Logistic回归结果显示，文化程度低、入住机构的时间短、年龄大、对机构工作人员的工作态度不满意是抑郁发生的危险因素。结论 承德地区养老机构老年人抑郁发生率高，多为轻度抑郁；对机构生活的不适应主要体现在对养老机构工作人员的工作态度和对机构提供的心理疏导不满意。社会、家庭及养老机构应多关注老年人心理健康，发现心理和适应问题及时采取干预措施，促进老年人身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the depression status, adaptation and influencing factors of the elderly in nursing home in Chengde city. Methods The 30-item geriatric depression scale(GDS) and general information questionnaire were used to investigate the adaptability and depression of 174elderly people in Chengde nursing home. The x2 test was used for single factor analysis, and Logistic regression analysis was used for multifactor analysis. Results The incidence of depression in the elderly in pension institutions was 48.28%, including 65 cases of mild depression and 19 cases of moderate to severe depression. 94 cases were not satisfied with the working attitude of the staff in the nursing home, 86 cases were not satisfied with the psychological counseling carried out by the staff in the nursing home. The overall adaptation of the elderly in the nursing home was not good. The results of Logistic regression showed that low education level, short stay in the institution, older age and dissatisfaction with the working attitude of the institution staff were risk factors for depression. Conclusion The incidence of depression in the elderly in pension institutions in Chengde is high, mostly mild depression; the inadaptability to institutional life is mainly reflected in the working attitude of the staff and the psychological counseling provided by the institution. The society, family and nursing home should pay more attention to the mental health of the elderly, timely find the psychological and adaptation problems and timely take intervention measures to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly.更多还原
