【摘要】 目的 分析脑梗死护理中，健康教育联合心理护理的实际应用价值及可行性，分析患者生活质量、神经功能缺损评分、Barther指数评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率，为后续共工作提供指导。方法 按照奇偶分组法，将本院2020年2月20日～2022年2月20日100例脑梗死患者随机进行分组，分为研究组（健康教育联合心理护理）、对照组（常规护理），上述组别均为50例，分析两组各指标（Barther指数评分、护理满意度、生活质量、神经功能评分、并发症发生率）变化情况。正态计量资料以t检验；计数资料以x~2检验。结果 研究组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，Barther指数评分高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）；研究组生活质量（心理状态、生理功能、社会功能、情感职能）高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）；并发症发生情况分析显示，对照组高于研究组，差异显著（P<0.05）；对照组满意度低于研究组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 健康教育联合心理护理效果显著，可以帮助患者改善神经功能，提升患者满意度及生活质量，对缩短患者病程具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the practical application value and feasibility of health education plus psychological nursing in cerebral infarction nursing, and to analyze the patients’ quality of life, neurological deficit score, Barther index score, nursing satisfaction and complication rate, so as to provide guidance for the follow-up work. Methods According to the odd-even grouping method, 100 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital(data selection started on February 20, 2020 and ended on February 20, 2022) were divided into study group(health education and psychological nursing)and control group(routine nursing), with 50 cases in each of the above groups. The indexes of the two groups(Barther index score, nursing satisfaction,nursing satisfaction). Normal measurement data are tested by t; count data are tested by x~2. Results The neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the Barther index score was higher than that of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The quality of life(psychological state, physiological function, social function, emotional function) of the study group is higher than that of the control group, the difference is significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group, and the difference is significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the control group is lower than that of the study group, and the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education plus psychological nursing is remarkable, which can help patients improve their neurological function, improve their satisfaction and quality of life, and has positive significance in shortening the course of patients’ disease, and can be actively promoted.更多还原
